Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ShredMax iOS app ("the App"), operated by Adam T, LLC ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. What ShredMax is (and is not)

ShredMax uses AI to analyze photos of your midsection and produce fitness estimates — scores, body-fat ranges, zone assessments — along with training and nutrition suggestions.

Not medical advice. All analyses, scores, estimates, and recommendations are AI-generated approximations for informational and motivational purposes only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and accuracy is not guaranteed. Always consult a qualified health professional before starting a new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have any medical condition.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you may only use the App with the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the photos you capture and the data you enter. You grant us a limited license to store and process this content solely to provide the App's features (for example, sending a scan photo to our AI provider to generate your analysis). We do not use your photos for advertising or share them with other users. See our Privacy Policy for details.

You agree to only scan photos of yourself, and not to upload content depicting anyone else without their consent.

4. Subscriptions

Parts of the App require a paid subscription (weekly or yearly options are offered at purchase).
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends, at the price shown at purchase.
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods; refund requests are handled by Apple under App Store policies.
You can restore previous purchases with "Restore" in the App.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting to reverse engineer it, circumvent subscription requirements, abuse or overload our services, upload unlawful content, or use the App in violation of applicable law.

6. Assumption of risk

Exercise carries inherent risk. You are responsible for exercising within your limits, using proper form and equipment, and stopping if you feel pain or discomfort. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you assume all risk associated with training decisions you make based on the App.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adam T, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from the App's settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6–7) survive.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms as the App evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the effective date above and, where appropriate, notice in the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Adam T, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
